About the Author
When Pippa Sweeney's eldest daughter was found to have dyslexia at the age of twenty, she became passionate about raising dyslexia awareness. She was subsequently herself diagnosed with dyslexia, revealing the common hereditary link. Pippa lives in Ireland with her husband, children, sheep and hens, where she writes and illustrates for children.

This is a jaunty book on the subject of dyslexia, with a distinctive visual appeal. It is probably suitable for children in the 5-10 age bracket, and their parents. The images are photographed dolls created by the author, combined with balls of wool that spell out words, executed in a unique and eye-catching style. Fun and educational.
