Well Worth Your Time!

Having worked with David in different venues, I am certain of two things: 1) When it comes to Leadership, he knows (and practices) what he is talking about. 2) He is innately gifted at being able to crystallize and present the essential morsels of what it means, and what it takes to be a leader, personally and professionally.
The First Two Rules of Leadership is now required reading for most of our coaching clients because it provides exceptionally good ROI on the 2 hour reading time. Witness the fact that he offers more good guidance about any manager's most important responsibility, "Hiring Smart" in the first nine pages than most business leaders get in their first decade on the job!
